The week
Mornings without guesswork
What pays off most today sits at the top, and it comes from different corners: the task that moves a goal along, the sub-goal ending this week, the bill that is about to land.
Nothing to remember
You say out loud what is on your mind, and Echo turns it into tasks, hangs them on a block in your week and drafts the mail you kept putting off. All of it as a proposal: nothing happens until you approve it.
Notes without the hunt
You write things down without wondering where they belong. Weeks later you simply ask what you said about it, and Echo brings up the notes it is in.
Changes move with your schedule
A task you put in your calendar hangs on that block, so when the block moves, the appointment with yourself moves with it. Move a training session and the app asks whether the rest of your training week shifts along, with the list of what changes.
Stronger without the doubt
You log your sets and the muscle map colors in, so you see which side you quietly keep skipping. If the recovery your band measures at night falls behind, the app proposes a lighter week.
Eating without the math
A photo of your plate gives an estimate you confirm, a barcode does the rest. What you burned comes from your band or from your workout, so a training day doesn't ask the same as a desk day.
Expenses without surprises
Your fixed costs sit in a row with the day they leave, and you let Echo sort your spending. Whatever needs handling becomes a task with a date, so it doesn't stay an intention.
Goals that track themselves
Every sub-goal hangs off something you already do: a task, a habit, or a number the app fetches itself. You check off your Tuesday and the standing moves with it, while there's still time to adjust.
Your week, explained
You write down what is on your mind, and the app holds it against what your sleep, your mood and your training did those weeks. What comes back is the connection you skipped yourself, in questions tuned to you.
The system
Tasks
From scattered thoughts to a day you can actually handle: an inbox you really do empty, projects, priorities and recurring tasks, as a list or on a board. Every task knows which goal and which area of life it belongs to, so checking it off counts towards something.
Fourteen parts side by side aren't a system yet. LifestyleOS treats that as one whole rather than as seven separate tracks.
Putting everything in one place is the easy part. It only works if everything is filed the same way too, and that's what the areas of life do.

A task, a goal, a habit, a note, a reflection: everything you tie to your life yourself belongs to one area.
So an area adds up across the parts. You see which part of your life got attention this past month, and which part you let slide.
What Echo does
Thinking
Ask for what you want in plain words, and what comes back is work that stands ready: a task, an appointment and a habit, each with a box to check.
Speaking
Just talk to Echo. Your words and Echo's arrive one by one, so it runs like a conversation and not like a command.
Seeing
Echo turns your data into a picture: your weight as a line, your spending as bars, a recipe with the photo it did not have.
And what Echo proposes stays a proposal: you are at the wheel.

A day without data stays a gap and never becomes a zero: skip a week and there is nothing about that week, not that you did nothing.
The philosophy behind LifestyleOS
How do you get the most out of your life? What you want, you usually know: building something, getting healthier, more time for the people who matter. But the road there rarely runs straight. Your days fill up with whatever comes along, and by the end of the week you can't quite tell whether you got closer or were mostly just busy.
That's rarely about willpower. What's missing is an overview, and with it a grip: your calendar is in one app, your workouts in a second, your finances in a third, and how you're actually doing, nowhere. Each part is right on its own, but they know nothing about each other, so you never find out why one week worked and the next didn't. LifestyleOS brings them together, so that you hold on to your goals and get everything out of them. That's ownership of your life.
So the mission isn't another app on the pile but the opposite: one place where the separate pieces of your life come together, so you can take them in at a glance. An overview isn't a goal in itself. It's the condition for being able to choose, and choosing is where ownership begins.
That's why everything sits side by side here: your tasks, your (financial) goals and habits, your training, your food, your reflections and how you feel. Only in that coherence do connections become visible that otherwise stay hidden: whether your actions really serve your goals, whether your energy goes to the right things, whether the direction you feel matches what you actually do. That's the difference between keeping track and steering.
“Your life is an accumulation of days.Make them count.”

I wanted more grip on my life. I had ambitious goals, but without an overview I did not know where to start. Most of my effort went into figuring out where I stood. I could not find that overview anywhere, so I built it myself: everything in one place, in an environment I actually want to open every day.
The closed beta is there to make it better together. Friends and family are using it now, each in their own way, and that surfaces exactly the things I do not see myself. Every remark makes it sharper. I am certainly not the only one with this problem, so I want it to help more people.
And one principle is fixed: your data is yours at all times. Here you are the user, not the product.
FAQ
What does it cost?
Nothing right now: LifestyleOS is a private beta, and anyone with an invitation gets everything. In time I want to be able to charge for it, because the AI features cost real money per conversation and I don't want to pay for them with your data. Whatever you record yourself stays yours and stays exportable, either way.
What happens to my data?
It's never sold, shared or analyzed for advertising, and no profiles are built from it for third parties. You can export everything the app knows about you, or delete your account with all of it in one go. Your notes come out as plain markdown, so you can take them straight to a knowledge base of your own. If you use an AI feature, only the part needed to answer goes along, and only after your separate consent. The full explanation, including retention periods and the parties involved, is in the privacy statement, and you can read it without an account: consenting to something you can't read isn't consent.
How safe is my financial and personal data?
Your data is encrypted: in transit over https, and at rest in an encrypted database and storage (AES-256). The keys to connected services such as your mail and calendar are encrypted separately on top of that (AES-256-GCM), with a key only the server knows. Signing in takes your password and a 2FA code from a 2FA authenticator: two-factor authentication is mandatory, and recovery codes are stored only as an irreversible hash. A sign-in attempt first asks your browser to do some computing and the number of attempts is limited, so guessing is pointless, and the app is invite only. The database shields row by row: a request for data returns only rows tied to your account, even if the app gets it wrong. A connection is read only and you can detach it whenever you want, and your bank data comes from a statement you import yourself or from what you enter by hand. Whatever is in there, you can export it or delete all of it. What I will not claim is that it is unbreakable. What I will claim is that your data is not sold, that you can see what is stored, and that you can take it away.
Do I have to track everything?
No. You choose which parts you use and leave the rest alone. A day without data stays a gap and never becomes a zero, so your figures don't get skewed by it. The more that comes together, the more connections become visible, but that is a choice and not a condition.
How does it work on my phone?
LifestyleOS is a web app: you open it in your browser and add it to your home screen, after which it opens without an address bar, like any other app. Notifications work, so you get your reminders for tasks, appointments and workouts, and your priorities for the day. Share something from another app and it becomes a note, and the icon itself carries shortcuts for a note, your mood and a glass of water. What there is not, is an app from the App Store or the Play Store: that is also why Apple Health cannot connect yet.
Do I need a wearable?
No. Connect one and sleep, recovery, heart rate variability and movement come in automatically, which makes your vitality picture more complete. Without one you log what you want to follow yourself, and the rest keeps working. The connection is read-only and you can undo it whenever you like.
Why can I not connect Garmin, Enable Banking or Apple Health yet?
Those three depend on permission from the other party, not on the technology. The Garmin connection is built and waiting for approval in their partner program. Enable Banking is a bank connection and falls under PSD2, which requires a signed agreement before a single transaction comes in. Apple Health only releases your data from the device through a native iOS app, and LifestyleOS runs in the browser, so that calls for an app rather than a connection. What does work today: Whoop, Oura, Polar and Google Health, plus your calendar and your mail.
Do I have to use the AI?
No. Everything involving AI, from Echo to the summaries, sits behind a consent you give yourself and can withdraw at any moment. Nothing of yours is used to train models. Without it the rest of the app stays fully usable. And where Echo does think along, it should tell you what your data shows, not what sounds good.
Your life, your data, your choice. Made with care for privacy and simplicity.
